RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Exchanges

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
